The Tri-County Regional Jail has changed inmate telephone service providers to ICSolutions.  Please visit www.icsolutions.com for more information or you can download the ICS Mobile app to create and fund an inmate telephone account.  You may also fund your inmate telephone account by phone by calling ICSolutions at 1-888-506-8407.  For funding an inmates trust account for commissary, telephone, and inmate tablet use, please visit http://www.accesscorrections.com or download the Access Corrections app to your mobile phone through the App Store or Play Store.
      
      
   2. The Tri-County Regional Jail’s video visitation services are currently down for transition to the new video visitation service.  Please check back frequently for updated information.
